From booking tickets to claiming prizes, this guide covers the most common questions we receive from the NorthEast community.

How do I book a ticket?

Choose an open draw, tap “Book Ticket”, and complete the Razorpay checkout. A receipt is emailed instantly and tickets are visible inside the Check Tickets panel.

Are draws really capped?

Yes. Every lucky draw has a published ticket cap which is enforced by our payment gateway. Once sold out, payments are blocked automatically.

What if a draw gets cancelled?

In the rare event of cancellation, 100% of the payment is auto-refunded to your original source within 4–5 working days.

Do I need to be live during the draw?

Not mandatory. Each draw is recorded and the winning ticket IDs are published within minutes. We also notify winners and ship prizes after verification.

How are winners verified?

We follow a two-step verification: KYC validation of the payment account plus a recorded video call. The process is audited by an external firm every quarter.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable to ensure compliance with state guidelines. You can request a refund before the draw closes if you can’t participate.
