Payments are processed only through Razorpay & Cashfree accounts registered to NorthEast LuckyDraw Pvt. Ltd.

Ticket watermarking

Each ticket carries a cryptographic checksum linked to the order ID, preventing duplication or resale.

Live audit logs

Draw machines, RNG seeds, and winner selections are logged and notarised for independent auditors.

Community alert desk

Report suspicious WhatsApp / Telegram messages to security@northeastluckydraw.com for immediate takedown.

Never send payments to personal UPI IDs. We will never DM winners asking for “release fees” or OTPs.

If you suspect a scam

  1. Take screenshots of the conversation and note the phone number / handle.
  2. Forward it to +91 70025 12345 on WhatsApp or email security@northeastluckydraw.com.
  3. We will verify in under 30 minutes and blocklist the actor across our community.
