To issue tickets, verify winners, and dispatch prizes within 7 working days.
To send transactional notifications about draw status, refunds, or policy updates.
To comply with lawful requests from government or regulatory agencies.

Opt out of marketing emails anytime by using the unsubscribe link.
Request an export of your ticket history once every quarter.

Data retention

Winner KYC records are stored for five years as mandated by state guidelines.
Non-winning tickets and payment logs are auto-purged after 18 months.
We never sell or rent data to third parties.
